This is for people who are ready to stop managing their body…
and start changing what’s actually causing the issue.
You’re not here for another program.
You’re here because something hasn’t been working...and you know it.
This isn’t a generic training session.
Sessions are structured, intentional, and focused on quality, not just effort.
Step 1: Understand your body
We assess how you move, where things are breaking down, and what’s contributing to your pain or limitations.
Step 2: Address the root cause
We target the patterns that are driving the issue, not just where you feel it.
Step 3: Build strength where it matters
You develop strength and control in positions your body actually needs.
Step 4: Reinforce it over time
Consistency is what makes it stick. This is how things stop coming back.
Over time, clients typically notice:
This isn’t:
If you’re looking to just burn calories or get a quick result—this isn’t it.
This works best for people who are willing to:
Because that’s what creates results that last.
If you’re at the point where managing it isn’t enough anymore...
Book your consultation and get clear on what needs to change.
This is where we slow everything down and actually look at what your body is doing, not just what you feel.
Most people arrive thinking the issue is “tight hips,” “bad posture,” or an old injury. What we usually find is a pattern underneath all of that that’s been building for years.
1. Movement + Posture Assessment
We look at how you stand, walk, and move in simple positions. Not to label you, but to understand how your body is currently organising itself.
2. Pain + History Breakdown
We go through what’s been happening with your body - injuries, recurring pain, training history, and daily habits that might be influencing how you feel.
3. Hands-on + Movement Testing
You’ll be guided through specific movements so we can see where control, strength, or coordination is breaking down.
4. Clear Direction Forward
You’ll leave with a simple explanation of what’s actually contributing to your issue, and what needs to change to improve it. No guesswork, no overwhelm.

Absolutely! In fact, I love nothing more than teaching a beginner how to move their body safely and help them grow their confidence in a fitness environment. All exercises are personalised to you and your goals so we will work to your abilities.
Definitely. Poor posture and weak balance often come from inefficient movement habits. My training focuses on posture correction, balance, and flexibility by strengthening muscles in the way your body naturally moves. This makes everyday actions easier, reduces tension, and gives you a more stable foundation for both fitness and daily life.
Many clients come to me after trying physiotherapy, chiropractic, or massage without lasting results. My approach looks at the root cause of pain by correcting biomechanics and retraining how the body coordinates movement. This type of corrective/rehab training helps you achieve sustainable improvements rather than temporary relief. You’ll also build resilience, reduce the likelihood of re-injury, and reclaim a stronger, more capable body.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! Our focus however, is always to get you to reach your goals in a safe, efficient and sustainable manner.
The bulk of the session will focus on addressing key movements that the client needs specific work on, which will progressively get more advanced as the session goes on. My training plans are tailored to each individual person and their own personal goals, and so no two sessions are ever the same!
No! I operate out of Bay Pilates in Rose Bay, in my own private studio where there's no membership fee required! The studio is a really spacious, clean and bright environment, easily accessible by bus or car.
Just bring yourself along! All equipment is already provided for you to use as part of each session, helping to make the whole process as easy and as straightforward as possible for you.
