Personal training, without the noise

If training feels like it should be helping more than it is — you’re probably not broken. You’re likely just training without enough context.


Most training focuses on effort, intensity, or following a program. I focus on how your body moves.


I help people move better, build functional strength that actually supports their body, and reduce the aches and limitations that tend to creep in with generic training.


This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what’s appropriate for your body.

What I do

I work 1:1 with people in Sydney who want their training to make sense.


Sessions are built around how you move, how you load your body, and how those patterns affect pain, performance, and day-to-day life. The aim is a body that’s stronger, more resilient, and easier to live in.

How this works

Training starts with understanding.


I assess how you move, where you compensate, and what’s currently limiting you — whether that’s pain, stiffness, or inconsistency. Sessions are planned with intent and adjusted as your body adapts, focusing on mobility, flexibility, and functional strength.

Who this is for

This style of training suits people who:

  • Train regularly but still feel tight, sore, or fragile
  • Have recurring pain they don’t want to keep managing forever
  • Want strength that supports joints, not stresses them
  • Care more about longevity than quick fixes

Working together

All training is delivered through 1:1 personal training sessions in a private studio.
