Why You're Still Stuck

Most approaches focus on managing symptoms - loosening what feels tight, strengthening what feels weak.


But if the underlying movement pattern doesn’t change…neither does the outcome.

I coach people to improve how their body actually functions.


Not just workouts. Not just pushing harder.
But understanding how you move, and changing the patterns that are keeping you stuck.


The goal isn’t to work around pain.
It’s to remove the reason it keeps showing up.

  • Pain has less reason to stick around 
  • Strength becomes more useful

How I Work

Restore: Address the movement patterns and imbalances contributing to pain and restriction.


Rebuild: Develop strength in positions your body actually needs.


Repattern: Change how your body moves at a neurological level, so you’re not defaulting back to the same issues.


Integrate: Apply that strength into how you move day-to-day to build a body that holds up long-term, not just for a few good weeks.
