Sessions are delivered on a 1-on-1 basis, with the choice of 45-minute ($95) and 60-minute durations ($120).
In our first 90-minute session, we'll dive deep into understanding your unique movement patterns, physical limitations, and specific goals. We’ll start with a thorough assessment of your posture, balance, flexibility, and stability to pinpoint any imbalances or areas of tension that may be affecting your movement or causing discomfort.
From there, I’ll guide you through targeted exercises designed to address those specific issues, giving you a firsthand experience of what functional movement training feels like. You'll leave this session with valuable insights into your body’s needs, as well as a clear plan of action tailored to support your journey towards a pain-free, stronger, and more functional lifestyle.
After four years of chronic back pain and countless failed treatments, I finally tried Functional Patterns – and it changed everything. Not only did it resolve my pain, but it also gave me the tools to help my clients overcome their own struggles with movement, balance, and strength.

Absolutely! In fact, I love nothing more than teaching a beginner how to move their body safely and help them grow their confidence in a fitness environment. All exercises are personalised to you and your goals so we will work to your abilities.
No! I operate out of Bay Pilates in Rose Bay, in my own private studio where there's no membership fee required! The studio is a really spacious, clean and bright environment, easily accessible by bus or car.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! Our focus however, is always to get you to reach your goals in a safe, efficient and sustainable manner.
The bulk of the session will focus on addressing key movements that the client needs specific work on, which will progressively get more advanced as the session goes on. My training plans are tailored to each individual person and their own personal goals, and so no two sessions are ever the same!
Just bring yourself along! All equipment is already provided for you to use as part of each session, helping to make the whole process as easy and as straightforward as possible for you.

Nutrition goes hand-in-hand with corrective exercise when it comes to improving your overall health and wellness. Advice on these will be provided as part of the program that is created for you, helping you to achieve the very best results possible as part of your wellness journey.
Before all sessions, it is best to be hydrated and well-rested for you to get the most out of your routine. Be sure to wear appropriate clothing for exercise, and avoid eating any large meals preceding the workout to avoid any feelings of nausea or discomfort.
