SERVICES

Private Personal Training:
1-on-1 sessions to improve posture, mobility, balance, and functional strength. Programs are tailored to your body and goals for safe, pain-free results.


Corrective & Rehab Training:
Target chronic pain and joint issues, improve movement patterns, and reduce strain, create lasting relief from recurring pain. Ideal if traditional therapy hasn’t worked.


Posture & Alignment:
Improve posture, spinal alignment, and balance with corrective movement strategies for lasting, functional change.


Mobility, Flexibility & Pain-Free Movement:
Gentle, effective training to restore mobility, flexibility, and ease in everyday movement.


Strength & Balance:
Build functional strength, coordination, and injury resilience. Perfect for athletes or anyone wanting more control and stability.


All sessions are conducted at Bay Pilates, Rose Bay. No gym membership required. 45min and 60min sessions available.
