For years, I struggled with chronic back pain. I tried everything — Pilates, physio, traditional training — but most of it just made things worse. Through trial, error, and studying how the body actually moves, I discovered what truly works: training that meets your body where it is, addresses movement restrictions at the source, and builds strength that lasts.
When I worked in traditional gyms, I saw the same patterns over and over: clients limited by poor balance, weak muscle activation, and restricted movement. It wasn’t about motivation or effort — it was about training that wasn’t tailored to how their bodies actually worked.
Now, I focus on helping clients move better, feel stronger, and reduce pain — with training that’s specific, thoughtful, and built to support real life. Every session is designed for the individual in front of me, because no two bodies move the same way.
Today, my goal is simple: to empower people to train intelligently, reduce limitations, and build a body that works for them — not against them.
Most training focuses on effort, intensity, or following a program. I focus on how your body moves.
This means:
It’s about training with intention, not trendiness — giving you a body that works better, feels better, and lasts longer.
